Founded in January 2023, Delta W Engineering was born from the long time dream of its Principals and Founders, Michael Wallace and Mayana Fernandes. To create an engineering company that truly partners with architects and developers as part of their own team.

Though Delta W Engineering is a young company, it stands on the solid foundation of over 13 years of professional experience in the industry. Together, Michael and Mayana bring complementary expertise in engineering design, project management, and client relations. A combination that ensures every project receives both technical excellence and personalized attention.

Since its founding, Delta W Engineering has successfully completed projects across Florida, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Each project reflects the firm’s commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovative problem solving. Values that continue to drive its growth and reputation.
